Test: To compare the soil removal performance of ENVIROGEN to acids. Objective: To discover the calcium carbonate dissolving properties of acids over a 3 minute exposure. Test Conditions: 200 grams of 5% active solution 1 calcium cube 3 minutes at 20°C. Test Results: ENVIROGEN provides faster solubilization of calcium carbonate than any of the acids tests with the exception of HC1 acid (hydrochloric). Although slower than hydrochloric, ENVIROGEN provides significant safety, handling, labeling and shipping advantages versus HC1 acid. ENVIROGEN is approximately 50% more efficient at dissolving calcium carbonate than phosphoric acid. This economic product is phosphate free and it can be shipped as DOT Non Regulated in the United States.
